Creating the possibility to collect cigarette butts right after they have been smoked to prevent environmental pollution

Environmentally friendly action can not be easy? If we ever need a trash can to get rid of our cigarette butts, we have the solution ready - just in case!

That way we can never forget our ashtray again and save at least 80 bottles of water (a 0.5 l) per collected cigarette from toxic poisoning by chemicals. With the reusable container we collect our butts before their pollutants (toxins, microplastics) get into our environment. At the same time, the project serves as part of a new envisioned deposit system for compact storage of cigarette pack, lighter and butt. When the case is full, it is simply emptied at the supermarket vending machine and the filters and cigarette pack can be recycled.

At the same time, information about the impact of cigarette residues on the environment is conveyed in and on the case. People should understand the consequences of their actions and be given the opportunity to develop more environmentally friendly habits.

Umweltfreundliches Handeln kann nicht einfach sein? Wenn wir mal wieder einen Mülleimer brauchen, um unsere Zigarettenkippen loszuwerden, haben wir die Lösung parat - just in case!

So können wir nie wieder unseren Aschenbecher vergessen und retten mindestens 80 Flaschen Wasser (a 0,5 l) pro gesammelter Zigarette vor toxischer Vergiftung durch Chemikalien. Mit dem wiederverwendbaren Behälter sammeln wir unsere Kippen, bevor ihre Schadstoffe (Toxine, Mikroplastik) in unsere Umwelt gelangen. Gleichzeitig dient das Projekt als Teil eines neuen angedachten Pfandsystems zur kompakten Aufbewahrung von Zigarettenschachtel, Feuerzeug und Stummel. Ist das Case voll, wird es einfach am Supermarkt am Automaten geleert und die Filter und die Zigarettenschachtel können recyclet werden.

Gleichzeitig werden in und auf dem Etui Informationen über die Auswirkungen von Zigarettenresten auf die Umwelt vermittelt. Menschen sollen die Folgen ihres Handelns verstehen und die Möglichkeit erhalten, umweltfreundlichere Gewohnheiten zu entwickeln.
